Proud of my poop! I know that sounds funny, but I’m totally serious. It’s an awkward subject to talk about … however, when a friend asked me to give moral support during her first session, I was incredibly curious and agreed to go. Being a fly on the wall for such a unique therapy was incredible, and after seeing that it wasn’t as invasive and painful as I told myself it must be, I decided to try it for myself! It is a very personal and intimate process, and I think it’s important that there be a high level of trust. Grace’s energy and calming spirit are amazing! She knows that there needs to be some humor to ease the tension, yet she is respectful and highly caring of her clients. You know you are safe with her, both physically and emotionally.
The actual procedure itself is painless and only mildly uncomfortable at first. But with the deep breathing it gets better quickly.… After just one session, I did have more energy as well as better mental clarity, better sleep, calmer mind, more emotional but with stability; I did not crave or want my normal heavy dinners. Eating healthy came easier without much thought; my skin looks better, and more. All this after just ONE time! Grace is magic. I can’t imagine going through this with anyone else. After two sessions, everything positive has continued and grown. Something I dismissed and giggled about has now become something I believe in wholeheartedly. I have gone to Grace Goldsher three times over the last month for colon hydrotherapy, and she is amazing!! First of all, the results after three colonics: I have lost over 4 pounds, feeling like I have a ton more energy, and my head feels more clear! I am also doing a clean eating lifestyle change right now, and the treatments go along beautifully with my new way of treating my body. Now in terms of why Grace is so good at what she does: She provides you with information/education at every step of the process. Even before you come in, Grace calls you to discuss the process and explains how to prep for the treatment(s). Then while you are receiving the colonic, she explains what’s happening, how it relates to your body, and asks that you be involved in the process with her. In addition, she is very educated about the body, so you can ask her lots of questions and she explains things! I have had colon hydrotherapy from three other specialists over the years, and Grace is by far the best! If you are interested in a treatment, she is the lady to go to!
